Problem Report Form

AppShell(tm) Problem Reporting Form
This form will send us an email with your entered data.

Problem Report Form

When you submit your problem report, it will be automatically sent to us via an email and then entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the name and email address under which you entered at the bottom of this page. After an initial assessment by us and when the report proves to be about an actual problem, the resolution of the problem will be scheduled.  You will be be notified of same. 

Periodically we will post notices regarding problems reported by our customers in the Known Problems section at the bottom of this page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.  If you have problems in filling out the form, phone us during office hours of 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm Central Time USA (GMT -06:00) and we will lead you through doing one and then you will know how the next time.  Please only describe one problem per submission.

Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem using correct terminology:

(example: "<name> Report does not report all records.")
(example: "<name> Application will not start.")
 

If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it using correct terminology, leaving a blank line between steps or other important information.

(example: "1. Create a new file. 2. Insert some text ...")

If the problem is considered to be non reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed: (please be specific and as detailed as you can using correct terminology.)

(note: it is much more difficult and many times impossible for us to fix non-reproducible problems because we can not normally find them without being told "specifically" how to reproduce them using correct terminology.)
