This form will send us an email with your entered
data.
Problem Report
Form
When you submit your problem report, it will be
automatically sent to us via an email and then entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will
be associated with the name and email address under which you entered at the
bottom of this page. After an initial assessment
by us and when the report proves to be about an actual problem, the resolution of the problem will be
scheduled. You will be be notified of same.
Periodically we will post notices regarding problems reported by our customers in the
Known Problems
section at the bottom of this page.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
If you have problems in filling out the form, phone us during office hours
of 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm Central Time USA (GMT -06:00) and we will lead you through doing one and then you will know how the next
time. Please only describe one problem per submission.
We may need to contact you for more information, such as if we have
difficulty reproducing the
problem you describe or have difficulty understanding your description of the
bug/problem.
