Elegant applications that are easy to use keeps technical support way down.  Our past experience shows that new customers call us about 6 or 7 times in the first month or so and then they "just keep using the applications".  

Some business management and POS software is so complicated, clumsy and difficult to use that other software companies are forced to maintain a large technical support staff to help user's do even common tasks with the applications.  KwikOFFICE™, KwikSALESTM and KwikLEDGERSTM have been designed to be very easy to use while still providing the features of the more expensive packages.  Making it easier for you makes it easier for us to keep support costs down!

Our program language and it's Integrated Development Environment (IDE) makes updates much easier.  Many of the more expensive software programs were written years ago in outdated and difficult to use computer languages and they haven't been migrated to newer easier to use development systems.  Just to maintain the software and make minor changes requires a large team of programmers.  KwikOFFICE™, KwikSALESTM and KwikLEDGERSTM has been written in a modern, easy to maintain language which allows a small group of programmers to enhance or modify the software to add features our customers request.   It also allows us to quickly update you to fall in line with your latest regulatory requirements.  

We don't use "pure" sales people.  Sales personnel are very expensive so KwikSYSTEMSTM ASSOCIATES does not maintain a large sales staff like other companies.  Most of our sales come from the internet, word of mouth and advertising in business management and POS publications.  We feel that the quality of our product and our satisfied clients speaks for itself.

Our Pricing is based on our actual costs which are comparatively very low.  There is an unfortunate tendency on the part of some software companies to assume that business owners and business management and POS office managers have no business sense and have more money than they need.  They seem to think that "the price won't matter".  We disagree!  We feel that there is no reason for a piece of business management and POS software to cost many thousands of dollars using today's technology.  KwikOFFICE™, KwikSALESTM and KwikLEDGERSTM proves that you can have Quality and Value both at the same time.

Some companies will require that you buy your hardware from them, allowing them, for all practical purposes, to control you completely.  Computer technology has progressed rapidly and the price of hardware has dropped dramatically.  We see no reason why you should be forced to buy someone's proprietary machine.  Our products are designed for "off-the-shelf" hardware... the type you already have in your office.

If you wish, you can use specialty hardware designed for POS at the sales counter and we can also supply it for you.  All of our various applications can operate a cash drawer. We can purchase the hardware, install all add-on boards etc..., install the software and ship it to you ready to run.  All you need to do is physically place the hardware, hook up the various cables and turn them on. 

Understanding Accounting Relationships While NOT Using The Terms Debit and Credit.

Understanding the relationships in the following table is ALL you really need to know and understand to be able to do your own bookkeeping and accounting with a systems like ours.  It is sometimes called the "follow the money" approach.

The above table shows whether an addition (+) or subtraction (-) takes place when a particular pair of account types are used together in the automatic real time accounting process built into KwikOFFICE™, KwikSALESTM and KwikLEDGERSTM and also while the operator is making ledger entries.  It's the "follow the money" scenario.  Forget about the confusing debit and credit using our systems. 

For instance when doing "basic" accounting "double entry transactions" the following occurs:
