Receivables - Invoicing Inquiry
Inquiry provides an easy view of the status of customer accounts. You can view customer invoices for a specific customer or by invoice number.
Customer Balance Inquiry
Customer Balance Inquiry displays a table listing customers. Use the cursor movement keys or the mouse to highlight a customer and then press the Select button to select that customer.
The Customer Inquiry form is displayed listing information for the selected customer.
The Customer Inquiry form invoice and balance information for the selected customer.
Print Statement
A statement for the customer shown on the screen can be printed from this window.
Invoice Inquiry
Invoice Inquiry displays a multi-part form displaying invoices in the upper part of the screen and their related detail in the lower part of the screen.
