Inquiry provides quick access to purchase order status and information.
Purchase Order Inquiry
Selecting Purchase Order Inquiry displays a table listing open purchase orders. Tab allow the purchase orders to be viewed in purchase order number or vendor name sequence.
To view a purchase order, use the cursor movement keys or the mouse to highlight the desired purchase order and then press the View Selected Purchase Order button.
The Purchase Order viewing form is displayed.
After viewing the purchase order information, press the 
button to return to the Purchase Order Inquiry List.
