A Zip Code file was generated when you set up your new company. This file can be modified to meet your company needs.
To view the zip code file, select ZipCode from the Setup-Maintenance menu. The ZipCode Selection Table is displayed.
Zip Codes can be viewed in zip code sequence or in city (state and city) sequence. Select the tab for the desired sequence.
Zip Codes can be added or modified by pressing the Insert key to add a new zip code or by pointing to an existing zip code and then pressing the Change button to view or modify data associated with the selected zip code. In both cases the Zip Code Maintenance Form is displayed.
The Zip Code Maintenance Form displays a unique zip code and the state, city, and county for that zip code.
