Credit Terms are the terms, if any, that you extend to your customers.   A set of credit terms was automatically created when you set up your new company.  These can be changed to match your company's needs.

 

To view Credit Terms/Types, select Credit Terms from the Setup-Maintenance menu.  The Credit Terms Selection Table is displayed.

Credit Terms can be added by pressing the Insert button or existing entries can be modified by pointing to a payment method and then pressing the Change button to view or modify the selected entry.  In both cases the Credit Terms Maintenance Form is displayed.

The form displays a field for credit term entry.
