Statement Charges are the default charges used during statement processing. A set of statement charges was automatically included in the demo data when you set up your new company. These statement charges can be modified to suit your company needs.
To view Statement Charges, select Statement Charges from the Setup-Maintenance menu. The Statement Charges Selection Table is displayed.
Statement Charges can be added or modified by pressing the Insert button to add a new shipping method or by pointing to an existing shipping method and then pressing the Change button to view or modify the selected entry. In both cases the Statement Charges Maintenance Form is displayed.
