Setup-File Maintenance - Payment Methods

Payment Methods are the types of payments you can receive. Each payment method has a description and the General Ledger account for this type of payment.
A set of payment methods was included in the demo data when you set up your new company. These can be changed to match your company's needs.
To view payment methods, select Payment Method from the Setup-Maintenance menu. The Payment Methods Selection Table is displayed.
Payment Methods can be added or modified by pressing the Insert button to add a new payment method or by pointing to an existing payment method and then pressing the Change button to view or modify the selected entry. In both cases the Payment Method Maintenance Form is displayed.
The Payment Method Maintenance Form displays the unique payment method, the description of this payment method, and the General Ledger account number for accumulation of this type of payment. |
