Chart Of Accounts are the names of accounts used for the Accounting features of the system. A set of accounts was included with the demo date when you set up your new company. These can be changed to match your company's needs.
To view the Chart Of Accounts, select Chart Of Accounts from the Setup-Maintenance menu. The Chart Of Accounts Selection Table is displayed.
Accounts can be added by pressing the Insert button or existing entries can be modified by pointing to an account in the browse list and then pressing the Change button to view or modify the selected entry. In both cases the Chart Of Accounts Maintenance Form is displayed.
The form displays fields for Account entry.
