Selecting the Lists menu item displays a list of report printing procedures for the various system setup-maintenance (Control) files.
Some list reporting procedures use Query By Example (QBE) style of formatting the records that are printed in the list. Queries that have that feature added will initially display a Query Setup/Select Window as shown below...
Pressing the [New] button will bring up a Query Wizard Field Selection procedure:
Select/highlight the first field you wish to use to "set up" the logic for your Query and press the Select/highlight the "logic statement" you wish to use with the previously selected field and press the
