| The KwikSALESTM Application Main Window...

| The Main Window is made up of a series of menu items and specialized icon buttons used to execute office functions. This is the central point for operation of the KwikSALESTM Sales Manager Business Management system.

| 1. | The menu items are organized by Business Function with sub menus for the different Sub-Functions.
|
| 2. Buttons on the Tool Bar are used as for rapid access to frequently performed functions.

| The Tool Bar contains a set of Icons used to quickly access frequently performed functions.

|
 Display a multi-year calendar.

| The Windows Standard Drop Down Style Menu

| The Menu is located above the Tool Bar. It allows the user to select any of the set of procedures used to execute the KwikSALESTM System's functionality.

|
|
|
| The Main Drop Down Menu items are organized by user business function with sub-menus for each of the different business functions shown.

|

| The Windows Main Drop Down Menu Items include:

| File: Includes functions to exit the KwikSALESTM system, select a printer, and (if used) select a processing company.

| Edit: Includes cut, copy and paste choices...
|
|
|
| Security: Displays sub menus for Security Functions.
|
|
|
| Sales/POS: Displays sub menus for Sales/POS functions.
|
|
|
| Bookkeeping: Displays sub menus for Bookkeeping Functions.
|
|
|
| Accounting: Displays sub menus for Accounting Functions.
|
|
|
| Proposal/Job Cost: Displays sub menus for Proposal/Job Cost Functions. (If used.)

| Queries: Displays sub menus for frequently used inquiries.
|
|
|
| Lists: Displays sub menus for procedures for obtaining printed Basic lists of the system/control files.

| Setup - File Maintenance: Displays sub menus for Control File Maintenance procedures for the various system control files used by the KwikSALESTM Sales Manager system.

| Select & View ASCII Documentation: Displays sub menu(s) for frequently used ASCII text documentation files located in the KwikSALESTM Sales Manager system folder/directory.

| Window: Displays sub menus for Windows Operating System Standard Window controls.

| Help: Displays sub menus for KwikSALESTM Help.
