Inquiry provides a method of viewing job cost data without the risk of modification.
Work Order Inquiry
To view job inquiry, select JProposal/Job Cost then Job Inquiry from the Menu Tree or the Windows Drop Down Menu, then select Work Order (Job) Inquiry. The Work Order Inquiry table is displayed.
Work orders can be viewed in work order number sequence or by customer name.
View the jobs associated with a work order by highlighting the work order and then pressing the Show Jobs for Selected Work Order button. The Job Inquiry table is displayed list the jobs associated with the selected work order.
To view the detail cost transactions for a job, highlight the job and then press the Show Detail for Job Selected button. The Job Detail Inquiry table is displayed.
This screen lists job cost detail transactions for the selected job. To view a detail transaction, highlight the transaction and then press the View Detail Item button. A screen showing the detail transaction is displayed.
After viewing the detail, press the 
button to complete the process.
Demand Billing Worksheet:
The demand Billing Worksheet displays a screen requesting the selection of a work order and then prints a billing worksheet for the selected work order.
The billing worksheet provides a preview of what will be invoiced to the customer.
