Inventory reports provide valuable usage, statistical, and inventory value information.

 

Receipts List

 

Selecting the Receipts List displays a screen requesting a range of dates and then lists all item receipts for the date range specified.

 

Adjustments List

 

Selecting the Adjustments List displays a screen requesting a range of dates and then lists all item adjustments for the date range specified, showing the net adjustment and unit cost.

 

Item History Report

 

The Item History Report displays a screen requesting an item number and a range of dates and then lists all item transactions for the date range specified.

 

Low Stock Report

 

The Low Stock Report lists items out of stock along with the date of the last sale for each item on the list.

 

Stock Value Report

 

The Stock Value Report lists quantity on hand and the value of that quantity for each item in the inventory.  The total value of the inventory is printed at the end of the report.

 

Print Usage Statistics

 

Usage Statistics lists units sold and revenue generated for each item in the inventory.  Initially, this procedure displays a screen where you can indicate that the report should list annual statistics.  If annual is not requested, statistics will be for the current month.

 

Physical Inventory

 

The Physical Inventory report lists all inventory items with an area for entry of the physical count for each item.  This report is used to record periodic physical counts that can be used to adjust inventory quantity on hand.
