Ledger Inquiry Display account information in summary and/or detail for the selected account.
Selecting Ledger Inquiry displays the Inquiry Account Selection Table. Use the cursor movement keys or the mouse to highlight an account and then press the Show Account Summary button.
The Ledger Inquiry form is displayed.
The Ledger Inquiry form displays ledger data in both summary and in detail on separate tabs.
The General tab displays summary balances for each period.
The Account Detail displays in a table listing the detail that makes up the balances for this account.
