Accounting - Reports

Reports provide valuable insight into the financial status of the company.

General Ledger Detail

General Ledger Detail displays a screen requesting a range of period numbers and then lists financial detail, grouped by account, for the period range specified.  Totals are printed for each period and for each account.

Trial Balance

The Trial Balance displays a screen requesting a period number and then lists the balance for the period specified and a cumulative year to date balance through the specified period.

Balance Sheet

Selecting Balance Sheet displays a screen requesting a period number and then lists year to date assets and liabilities through the specified period.

Operating Statement

Selecting Operating Statement displays a screen requesting a period number and then lists year to date revenues and expenses through the specified period.  Net Operations is listed at the end of the report.
