The Accounting Financials are the "back office" or the backbone portion of the KwikSALESTM SALES MANAGER system. They provide the reporting that indicates the financial status, and therefore the success status, of the Business/Company. Many of the daily accounting transactions are automatically generated using the tightly integrated "built-in" system functionality using the "control file setup" data and the application's database programming code. However, some accounting transactions can not be fully anticipated and then be "programmed" to be automatically processed by the application's functionality. Therefore those "one-off" accounting journal transactions must be manually entered. Manual entry of journal transactions is via "off-setting" journal entries.
