Things To Do displays a screen requesting a range of dates and then displays the Activity Selection Table listing open To Do's for the date range specified. To Do's can be shown by customer or date sequence by clicking on the column headers.
To modify an selected/highlighted To Do, press the 
button. To add a new To Do, press the 
button. In both cases the To Do Maintenance Form is displayed.
The To Do maintenance Form is a form displaying general information, an Extended description, and a result.
Select the various fields and fill in the information requested. To complete an To Do entry, check the Completed box. To enter an Extended Description, select the Extended Description field and enter comments. To enter a result for this activity, select the Result tab and enter your results. After entering all necessary information, press the Ok button to complete the entry.
Select the [Print Open To Do List] to print all "open" To Do's up to and including the current date.
