Contact - Schedule An Appointment

To schedule an appointment, select from the Menu Tree or the Windows Drop Down Menu Sales/POS then Appointments/ToDo and then Schedule Appointment.  You are first asked to select a employee,

then a date,

and then Appointment Scheduling form is displayed for the user and date specified.

The Appointment Scheduling form displays today's date, the user name and date for the appointments, and any reminders for today.

 

Time slots are displayed in the table based on the first appointment time, last appointment time, and appointment frequency from the user's record.

 

Buttons are available to change schedule date, change user, enter reminders, and to print the appointments scheduled for a range of dates.

 

To schedule or change an appointment, highlight the time slot desired and then press the Change button.  The Appointment maintenance Form is displayed.

Date and time are preset.  Enter the appointment duration in hours and/or decimal hours and who the appointment is with in the description field.  If you wish to add comments or a more verbose description, select the Extended Description text.  When you are finished filling in the form, press the Ok button to complete the entry.

 

Print Appointment Schedule

 

Print Appointment Schedule displays a screen requesting the user id and a range of dates and then prints the schedule for the specified user and date range.
