Reminders allow for the entry of perpetual reminders.
NOTE: These reminders are displayed on the appointment scheduling form when the reminder date matched today's date.
To add or modify a reminder, select Reminders Update from the Sales/POS Menu choice in the Menu Tree or the Windows Drop Down Menu.
The Reminder Maintenance Table is displayed.
Reminders are listed in month and day sequence. To add a new reminder, press the
button. To modify an existing reminder, press the
button. In both cases the Reminder Maintenance Form is displayed.
Enter the month, day, and reminder text. Then press the
button to complete the entry.
