Explanation of KwikSALESTM Backup/Restore Options

Backup Type: Data, only backs up the applications data files.

Archive Name: File will have a "date coded name" if checked, otherwise the archive file name will always be Backup.zip.  NOTE: If Backup zip is selected (Dated Name NOT checked) each successive backup archive file will copy over the previous archive backup file WITHOUT ANY WARNING.  So beware of that fact.

Recursive Directories: If checked, all sub-folders under the application folder/directory will also be archived.

Drive for Backup:  This is where you set where the backup/archive file will be written to.  NOTE:  Whenever the "Current Drive" is "changed/set" using the dropdown field, the ButtonBackUprRestoreSave1 button must be pressed to "save/set" where the new location of the KwikSALESTM Backup/Restore archive will be written.
